How much CBD do I need?
As with all CBD Oil, it is best to start low and slow. We recommend starting with 1mg for every 10lbs of body weight. For example, a person weighing 200lbs would want to start with 20mg of CBD per dose.
Do keep in mind this is SIMPLY a starting point and is not exact. Due to the varying levels of imbalance within your body, you may need less and you may need more. Listening to your body and tracking your dose is a great way to find your sweet spot.
